Mercy Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Mercy Health Willard Hospital Primary Care team in Willard, Ohio. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong physician support and an established care team.

The Advanced Practice Clinician will provide high-quality care to patients while working closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Manage preventive care and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
