Advanced Practice Provider- Urgent Care

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking and Advanced Practice Provider at an Urgent Care (Central) in Toledo, Ohio.

Position Highlights:

• Shift Hours- 8:00am to 8:00pm

• Holiday rotation required

• Every third weekend required

• Position location is based at Urgent Care on Central Avenue, but will also float to other Urgent Care locations in the Metro area

• No call required

• Practice currently employs four Advanced Practice Providers

• Practice Volume- 45 patients per day

• Previous emergency or ICU experience highly preferred

Requirements:

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants. 

• Master’s?degree?for Physician Assistant applicants. 

• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.

• Certificate of Authority to practice. 

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
