Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant degree
- Possession of an NPI (National Provider Identification) number, as evidenced by the receipt of a copy of the notification assigning the number
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse or Physician Assistant License
- Documentation of current CPR certification required within one (1) week of hire, with maintenance of current CPR certification during employment
- Certified Prescriptive Privilege in NYS
Preferred:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Possession of Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (BNDD)Number
