Advanced Practice Provider - Occupational Medicine

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider who specializes in Occupational Medicine to join our team at our Franciscan Health WorkingWell Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana.

WHAT WE NEED:

Candidate will have ACLS/BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience of 2 years is preferred, but not required. Candidate should be comfortable with workman’s compensation injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, musculoskeletal injuries, and other work-related injuries or services.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Flexible provider schedule; No weekends or holidays

• Provide virtual support to outreach locations in Western and Central Indiana

• Average outpatient volume: 17 - 22 patients per day

• Telehealth offered

• On-site training required in Indianapolis for up to 6 weeks; Mileage will be reimbursed

• Common Diagnoses:

  • Exposures

  • Lacerations

  • Musculoskeletal injuries

  • Pre-employment, DOT, and Non-DOT physicals

  • Sprain and Strains
