Required Skills:
- Current and valid CRNA licensure and certification
- Proven experience in perioperative anesthesia care
- Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Knowledge of various anesthesia modalities and equipment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting a medically supervised care team model
- Prior experience in outpatient or hospital surgical settings
- Familiarity with robotic procedures and diverse case types
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical center
- Experience supporting a multi-specialty surgical environment
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work a full-time schedule of 3-4 shifts per week, with variable night shifts
- Ability to support a busy OR environment across multiple operating rooms and treatment areas
- Willingness to support all-inclusive rates inclusive of travel and lodging if applicable
- Compliance with all required state, federal, and institutional policies
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
