Required Skills:
  • Current and valid CRNA licensure and certification
  • Proven experience in perioperative anesthesia care
  • Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
  • Knowledge of various anesthesia modalities and equipment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience supporting a medically supervised care team model
  • Prior experience in outpatient or hospital surgical settings
  • Familiarity with robotic procedures and diverse case types
  • Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical center
  • Experience supporting a multi-specialty surgical environment

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule of 3-4 shifts per week, with variable night shifts
  • Ability to support a busy OR environment across multiple operating rooms and treatment areas
  • Willingness to support all-inclusive rates inclusive of travel and lodging if applicable
  • Compliance with all required state, federal, and institutional policies

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
