WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Medical Oncology & Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy practice at FPN Hematology & Oncology Specialists Crown Point located in Crown Point, IN. The provider will join our multi-disciplinary cancer center at Franciscan Health Crown Point. Our hospital offers state-of-the-art facilities with a great support staff that works well together as a team. 

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of hematology-oncology experience. The candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient experience/satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to invest in the community, building long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• Flexible full-time schedule

• Total average patient volume: 10-15 per day

• Rounding is arranged collaboratively with physician

• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or
