Hourly Pay Rate: $100.50

Required Skills:

• Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
• Proven experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health settings
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Competence in managing episodic care and injury treatment
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Anthem EMR system
• Experience in treating a broad age demographic, including geriatric patients
• Prior exposure to Occupational Health documentation and procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (BSN or MSN preferred)
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in urgent or acute care settings

Other Requirements:

• Supervision available via phone; onsite supervising physician present during assignments
• Travel and mileage reimbursements, billed at IRS standard rate for local providers only
• Ability to start promptly from 03/19/2026 and commit to ongoing coverage as needed
• Compliance with all state and federal licensing, certification, and credentialing requirements
