CRNA | Flexible Schedule | No Call

Summit Pacific Medical Center is seeking a CRNA to a collegial anesthesia team supporting the outpatient GI and interventional pain procedure suites. This is an exceptional lifestyle position with predictable hours, zero call, and a high degree of professional independence.

As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality sedation anesthesia for a low-acuity, well-organized outpatient practice that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and patient-centered care. Cases are primarily focused on colonoscopy and endoscopy, but you can expect some podiatry and interventional pain patients as well.

Position Details:

• Flexible employment structure with both W 2 and 1099 options offered
• Full-time availability with desirable 4/10 schedule
• No nights, no weekends and no call
• Outpatient role primarily focused on colonoscopy and endoscopy with some podiatry and interventional pain patients
• No trauma and no emergency cases; exclusively prescheduled procedures
• Large amount of autonomy

Compensation & Requirements:

• Compensation is between $300,000 and $330,000 per year
• W-2 benefits include medical, dental, CME, PTO and more

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Washington State RN license and ARNP license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

An accredited Critical Access Hospital recognized by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Summit Pacific Medical Center serves approximately 75,000 residents in Grays Harbor County. The 25-bed acute care hospital includes five observation beds, a Level IV trauma emergency department with 16 treatment spaces supported by on-site imaging, laboratory services and integrated rural clinics.
