APP for Orthopedic Clinic

As our RN Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-value, top-quality patient care within a physician-facing organization dedicated to community access. Every day you will be responsible for rapid patient assessment and accurate nursing diagnoses, collaborating closely with our Medical Doctor partners to ensure safe diagnostic testing and the development of optimal patient care plans. You will also be entrusted with performing advanced practice procedures and consistently applying the nursing process to promote and restore the optimal health and well-being of every patient under your care. To be successful in this role, you will possess a current and valid RN Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure, coupled with a deep-seated passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Join our team as an RN Practitioner or a Physician Assistant:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis and works with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.
• Perform advanced practice procedures.
• Utilize the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.
• Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

We believe in compensating our talent exceptionally well. For this critical role, we're offering compensation in the range of $39.58 - $79.12 /hour

Required

• Graduate from an Accredited School 
• Board certified as an Advanced Practice Practitioner in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty.
• Kansas License required
• BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
• ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
• Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.

Preferred:

• 1 year of experience in a clinical or advance practice setting, preferred
• Surgical Experience a plus
