Join Our Healthcare Team as a Physician Assistant - Family Practice / Family Nurse Practitioner

Required Skills:
- Valid California PA Certification with a Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
- Active DEA registration
- Furnishing License with Schedule II for NPs
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an APC (Advanced Practice Clinician) in a similar setting
- Proficiency in managing both pediatric and adult patients
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to document thoroughly, including work experience with month and date, accounting for all employment gaps
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and working within scope of practice
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual capabilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of pediatric and adult preventive care protocols
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience
- Prior experience in family practice settings
Other Requirements:
- Up-to-date immunizations, including flu shot, TB test/x-ray, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, and Tdap (within the last 10 years)
- Ability to credential within 30-90 days
- Willingness to provide a 30-day notice for ending assignments
- Schedule of 18 patient encounters per day, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Manage a mix of pediatric and adult patients with a typical decision turnaround of 7-14 days
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
