Mercy Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP or PA) to join our inpatient behavioral health team at Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute psychiatric setting.

This provider will deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients (18+) in an inpatient setting, including those admitted for acute psychiatric conditions or requiring consults from medical units or the emergency department.
Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, crisis stabilization, and coordination of care to support safe and effective discharge planning.
