PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center has a full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Lakefront Family Medicine Clinic in Longview, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to serve an underserved community while supporting the continued development of primary care services at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center.

- Guaranteed first-year income based on 1.0FTE: $147,000.00

Requirements
- Required: Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA)
- Required: Active ARNP or PA license in Oregon, or ability to obtain during the credentialing process
- Required: Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
