Required Skills:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina or ability to obtain licensure promptly
• Proven experience in Oncology, including outpatient and inpatient settings
• Proficiency in managing hematology/oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration and patient management
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and adhere to medical protocols and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Bone Marrow Transplants or advanced hematology procedures
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) or related specialty
• Bilingual capabilities a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Oncology care
• Previous locum or temporary staffing experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing period approximately 60 days
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
• Willingness to work rotating call schedule, including weekends and inpatient rounding
• Compliance with all healthcare licensing and certification requirements
