Required Skills:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina or ability to obtain licensure promptly
- Proven experience in Oncology, including outpatient and inpatient settings
- Proficiency in managing hematology/oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration and patient management
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and adhere to medical protocols and safety standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Bone Marrow Transplants or advanced hematology procedures
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
- Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) or related specialty
- Bilingual capabilities a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Oncology care
- Previous locum or temporary staffing experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing period approximately 60 days
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
- Willingness to work rotating call schedule, including weekends and inpatient rounding
- Compliance with all healthcare licensing and certification requirements
