Physician Assistant - ENT

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice in Adrian, MI.

• Monday – Friday Schedule with no weekend or call obligations
• Outpatient general ENT clinic in Adrian, MI with biweekly shifts at satellite clinics in Tecumseh, MI and Hillsdale, MI. 
• Spend some time training in the OR at ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital in Adrian, MI.  If interested, potential candidates could have some OR time as a part of their work duties. 
• This practice utilizes the most up-to-date and evidence-based medicine to be at the forefront of the ENT specialty, such as: 
  • State-of-the-art balloon sinuplasty and eustachian tuboplasty technology to treat chronic sinusitis and eustachian tube dysfunction. 
  • Radiofrequency ablation for effective and non-invasive treatment of chronic rhinitis and nasal airway obstructive. 
  • In-office tympanostomy tube placement in children under local anesthesia using the Hummingbird® TTS device.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants. 
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice. 
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

The ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital is nestled on M-52 in Adrian Township. The hospital is over 200,000 square feet, consisting of 40 medical-surgical beds, 10 critical care beds, four operating rooms with three minor procedure rooms, 27 emergency rooms, eight labor and delivery rooms and full diagnostics.

The Health and Wellness campus also includes the state of the art 32,000 Frank and Shirley Dick YMCA and the ProMedica Wellness Center. The YMCA houses a family pool and a therapy pool, a gymnasium, kids' space, fitness /workout rooms and locker rooms, as well as ProMedica Total Rehab rehabilitation treatment modalities and aquatics. ProMedica Farms and Hoop House is on campus.
