Job Description

When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.

About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), Primary Care (House Calls) you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you will provide primary care using your personal vehicles to patient homes throughout Las Vegas. Use of critical thinking skills and strong communication skills are needed.

The role of healthcare providers in outpatient settings, particularly in Las Vegas at Intermountain Health, involves a comprehensive approach to patient care. The focus on senior patients highlights the importance of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Each day, providers conduct six in-home visits alongside one virtual consultation, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for Medicare patients.

This model not only addresses the immediate health concerns of patients but also fosters a supportive environment conducive to long-term wellness. The outpatient setting allows for a manageable caseload that prioritizes quality over quantity, facilitating thorough assessments and interventions. Such an approach is essential for optimizing patient outcomes within the constraints of modern healthcare systems.

This position offers either a $5,000 sign-on bonus, or $7,500 in relocation assistance, and a travel stipend of $12,000.
