Job Description

ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Family Medicine-Washington, located in Washington, North Carolina, are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established outpatient practice.  New Graduates with healthcare backgrounds will be considered.

Opportunity Highlights include

  • Employment by ECU Health Physicians
  • Support from nearby ECU Health Beaufort Hospital
  • Established practice that includes 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers
  • Outpatient Clinical responsibilities will include primary and immediate care as well as nursing home rounds 1-2 days per week
  • Procedures will include minor suturing, joint injections, and punch biopsies
  • 4.5 day work week
  • Ability to live in a waterfront community excellent for water sports and fishing with an affordable cost of living
  • Close proximity and ability to live in Greenville, North Carolina-a mid-sized community of 95,000 residents and home to East Carolina University
  • System-wide integrated EMR – EPIC with Ambient AI
  • BLS certification by the American Heart Association is required
