Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a Sub-Investigator at our Tucson site. Working closely with the Principal Investigator, this role supports the execution of clinical trials by conducting study visits, evaluating participant eligibility, ensuring protocol compliance, and protecting research participant safety. Limited study coordination support may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct study visits and protocol-driven assessments
• Screen and evaluate participant eligibility
• Maintain accurate source documentation and case report forms
• Review labs, imaging, and study-specific reports
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, IRB requirements, and site SOPs
• Complete required study and protocol training

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required
• Licensed NP or PA
• Phlebotomy, IV, and infusion experience required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical research or sub-investigator experience preferred
• Pediatrics experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
