This opportunity delivers care in Indianapolis at Community Hospital South.
 

Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital South. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.

• Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP
• Schedule:
  • 1 in 13 weeks night call (Friday 9p–7a; Sunday–Thursday 9p–7a)
  • 1 in 14 weekends (Saturday/Sunday)

Licensure & Certification

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
