Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health

Are you passionate about empowering women’s health and providing exceptional care? We are seeking a dedicated full-time Women's Health Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team in Issaquah. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on women’s lives by delivering comprehensive, compassionate, and expert care in a supportive environment. You will play a key role in managing obstetrical and gynecological services, including IUD placements and removals, endometrial biopsies, and preventive health screenings, all while working alongside a committed, professional team.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience and training in women’s health, including IUD insertions/removals, endometrial biopsies, and obstetric care
• Ability to perform initial obstetric evaluations, including dating and viability ultrasounds
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with outpatient care workflows and electronic health records

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Nexplanon insertions
• Mental health screening expertise
• Prior experience in a similar outpatient setting
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid Florida PA or NP licensure and certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in women's health or obstetrics and gynecology
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing ultrasound and gynecological procedures

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for a 4/10 schedule if preferred
• Credentialing process will take 30-90 days; assignment begins upon completion
• Outpatient-only role; hospital privileges not required but some credentialing is necessary
• Willingness to undergo necessary credentialing and background checks

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
