Required Skills:

• Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification
• Proven experience in urgent or emergency care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage patient flow

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in walk-in clinics or urgent care centers
• Familiarity with minor procedures and wound management
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum 2 years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient environment with professionalism

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work at least 5 shifts per week, including weekends; preferred shifts include weekdays 8 am-7 pm, weekends 8 am-4 pm, and holidays 8 am-1 pm
• Willingness to support respiratory, sore throat, ear infections, wounds, and sprain cases
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Travel reimbursement and licensure-related expenses provided as applicable
