Required Skills:

• Current and valid RN and CRNA licensure and certification in accordance with state regulations
• Extensive knowledge of anesthesia principles, pharmacology, and patient monitoring
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing clinical situations and remain calm under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a variety of anesthesia settings (e.g., OR, obstetrical, pediatrics)
• Proficiency with advanced anesthesia equipment and technology
• Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field from an accredited program
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical center setting

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as required for assignments or relocations
• Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all licensing and certification renewals
