Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- Current and valid RN and CRNA licensure and certification in accordance with state regulations
- Extensive knowledge of anesthesia principles, pharmacology, and patient monitoring
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing clinical situations and remain calm under pressure
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a variety of anesthesia settings (e.g., OR, obstetrical, pediatrics)
- Proficiency with advanced anesthesia equipment and technology
- Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field from an accredited program
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical center setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as required for assignments or relocations
- Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all licensing and certification renewals
