Located in northeastern Colorado, just 90 minutes from Denver and Fort Collins, Sterling offers small-town living with easy access to urban amenities. We're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You'll care for patients of all ages, deliver preventative services, and perform routine procedures, all while working closely with a collaborative clinical team.

Position Details:

Full-time, outpatient position at a Rural Health Clinic (RHC)

Establish your own patient panel while accepting walk-ins and same-day visits

36 patient contact hours per week with dedicated administrative time

Dedicated MA/LPN support

On-site lab services available

Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 7 AM 7 PM | Saturday, 8 AM 12 PM (Saturday rotation approximately once per month)

No call required

Essential Functions and Requirements:

Provide care for patients of all ages, including walk-in visits and well-woman exams (non-obstetric)

Perform routine procedures and manage diverse primary care cases

Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

FNP or PA designation with Colorado license eligibility
