Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Eaton, Colorado

Banner Health, serving six states with 33 hospitals and nearly 60,000 team members, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in Eaton, Colorado. Position Details

• Full-time, outpatient, Monday-Friday
• No nights, no weekends, minimal call - true work-life balance
• Patient volume: 18-20 patients per day-manageable and meaningful
• Provide care for all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Perform routine procedures including physicals, joint injections, minor dermatology services, and women's health
• Collaborative care team including MAs, RNs, and administrative support

Position Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) license with eligibility for Colorado licensure
• DEA registration with prescriptive authority
• Family medicine experience preferred (new graduates with strong training considered)
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)
