Position Highlights:

• Busy outpatient clinic providing comprehensive primary care services to all ages
• Focus on wellness, chronic disease management, and acute condition care
• Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
• Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

About Banner Health Center - Peoria:

Join our recently renovated Banner Health Center in Peoria, featuring 48 modern exam rooms and a newly expanded primary care clinic. You'll have access to on-site labs and X-rays, and collaborate with a team of 20 providers across multiple specialties delivering comprehensive, coordinated care in a well-equipped, supportive environment.

About Peoria:

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with eligibility for AZ license
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team
