About this role: 

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will join our Spring Creek Women's Health Clinic located in Burley, Idaho. We are a team of two physicians, three certified nurse midwives, and a strong supportive staff.

We care for the entire woman, from puberty through menopause. Some of the services you may provide and conditions treated will include: pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive endocrinology, infertility, gyn oncology, urogynecology, global women’s health, genetics, menstrual period problems, menopause, and urinary incontinence.

You will maintain your own panel of patients and work collaboratively with other providers to meet patient care follow-up needs. Primarily working in clinic, you may also round with patients in-hospital. It is not expected that the APP will be involved in any surgical procedures or deliveries.

Exact schedule may vary to meet patient care needs, but is anticipated to be five eight-hour shifts that fall during clinic hours (Monday - Friday 8am-5pm). There are no evening or weekend responsibilities expected for this position.

What you’ll bring: 

  • Idaho license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

  • Idaho State Controlled Substance License

  • Federal DEA Certificate II through V

  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers

  • Preferred: 1+ years of OB/GYN APP experience
