Join a growing, patient-centered primary care team with HonorHealth in beautiful Apache Junction. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, comprehensive care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Our clinic is conveniently located just 3 miles from HonorHealth Four Peaks Medical Center, giving you seamless access to a broad network of specialists and hospital resources—allowing you to deliver truly coordinated, whole-person care.
Position Highlights
- Established primary care clinic with strong patient demand

Qualifications
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a primary care patient panel
- Strong clinical, communication, and care coordination skills
