Primary Care NP – Work-Life Balance (No Call, Weekdays Only) | Pompano Beach, FL

Cano Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, FL.

Cano Health operates medical centers across Florida with a strong focus on patient well-being. Our compassionate, patient-centered approach ensures every patient feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Position Highlights:

• 100% Outpatient – No Call
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 12–18 patients per day (including walk-ins)
• Patient Population: Medicare Advantage; Spanish-speaking patients

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary + quarterly bonuses

Qualifications:

• MSN required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
