Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Base salary starting at $130,000 (for 5+ years’ experience) + performance incentives

Qualifications

• Degree: Nurse Practitioner (minimum 5 years of experience required)
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Clinical Focus: Strong pediatric experience and comfort treating underserved populations
• Skillset: Independent, adaptable, and community-oriented with strong communication skills
• Additional Requirements: No visa sponsorship available
