Responsibilities

  • Provide high?quality, patient?centered care in a busy Emergency Department
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of acute and urgent conditions
  • Perform appropriate procedures within scope
  • Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic studies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and ancillary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active NYS license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required
  • Prior Emergency Department or urgent care experience strongly preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, decision?making, and procedural skills
  • Excellent communication and patient?care abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast?paced environment
