This exciting role focuses on admissions, cross-coverage, and caring for acute inpatient medical needs. You'll enjoy a dedicated night shift schedule, working a 7-on/7-off block rotation that supports both work-life balance and career fulfillment.

Opportunity Overview

• 7-on/7-off block schedule
• Full-time nights

Typical nocturnist NP/PA responsibilities include...

• Admissions: average of 8 to 9 per night between both sites
• Cross-coverage between two facilities (HCA Ocala and West Marion)
• Coordination of care with nursing and ancillary services
• Documentation and handoff to daytime clinicians
