Family Medicine – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Sauk Crossing Clinic, St. Cloud, MN

Summary
Practice in a newly expanded CentraCare-Sauk Crossing state-of-the-art facility designed to support team-based care, improve patient flow, and enhance both patient and provider experience. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and collaborate closely with on-site lab, imaging, and specialty resources. With modern technology, updated clinical spaces, and a strong focus on access, safety, and efficiency, Sauk Crossing provides an ideal environment to deliver high-quality primary care while being part of an innovative and growing team.

Schedule

• Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare- Sauk Crossing Family Medicine, Sartell, MN
• Days | 5, 8-hour shifts | 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Monday-Friday
• No nights, weekends, holidays or call responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Prior experience as NP or PA in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
