- Collaborate regularly with physicians to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans.
- Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (eClinicalWorks).
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes health and wellness.
- Ensure consistent, coordinated communication among all members of the care team.

About Integrated Pain Associates, in partnership with Amarillo Spine Institute
Integrated Pain Associates (IPA) was founded in 2010 and has grown from a single clinic into a leading regional platform for advanced pain and minimally invasive spine and joint (MSK) care. Today, our network includes:
- 16 clinic locations
- 4 dedicated injection suites
- 4 ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs)
- 49 providers, including 31 advanced practice providers, CRNAs, and 16 physicians
- 280+ operational and administrative support staff
Our care model centers on a focused, minimally invasive spine and joint surgical service line. We take a conservative, outcomes-driven approach to care — prioritizing non-operative treatments and only escalating to interventional or surgical options when clinically appropriate. Narcotics are used exclusively in the perioperative setting when warranted, with a strong emphasis on long-term functional restoration and sustainable pain relief.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional pain management clinics and aggressive spine surgeries typically performed in hospital systems. We deliver integrated, evidence-based alternatives that improve patient outcomes while reducing overall healthcare costs for both patients and payors.
