Some Details About the Position:

• On-site at Banner Health Center, 17900 N Porter Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85138
• Your own patient panel with manageable patient volume to support your success
• Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts
• All-ages patient population in a community-focused clinic
• Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
• Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA designation with eligibility for Arizona licensure
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• Primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Patient-centered approach with strong collaboration skills
• Team-oriented mindset
