Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Endocrinology / Physician Assistant - Endocrinology

Required Skills:
  • Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a specialization in Endocrinology or relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in endocrinology or a related specialty.
  • Familiarity with advanced endocrine diagnostics and treatments.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
  • Additional certifications such as Advanced Practice Certification in Endocrinology.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in endocrinology or a related field preferred.
  • Maintenance of current state licensure and board certification.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., based out of the Gwinnett facility.
  • Willingness to travel if required for training or cross-site coverage.
  • Certifications and licensure must be current and in good standing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
