Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Endocrinology / Physician Assistant - Endocrinology

Required Skills:
- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a specialization in Endocrinology or relevant experience.
- Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in endocrinology or a related specialty.
- Familiarity with advanced endocrine diagnostics and treatments.
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Practice Certification in Endocrinology.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in endocrinology or a related field preferred.
- Maintenance of current state licensure and board certification.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., based out of the Gwinnett facility.
- Willingness to travel if required for training or cross-site coverage.
- Certifications and licensure must be current and in good standing.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
