Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established outpatient pediatric practice in Cambridge, Maryland.

This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families in a supportive, community-focused setting.

Practice Details

• 100% outpatient – no hospital rounding or inpatient call
• Pediatric-focused patient population
• Monday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• EPIC EMR
• Strong referral network within UMMS
• Opportunities for community engagement and practice growth

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care
• Perform well-child visits, sick visits, and preventive care
• Deliver patient and family education
• Manage acute and chronic conditions within scope
• Collaborate with care team and specialists as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $51.11 – $74.74
  • Based on experience as an Advanced Practice Provider

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric or Family Medicine)
• Board Certified
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
• Active Maryland NP and RN licenses (or eligibility)
• DEA/CDS eligibility
• BLS certification
• Experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
