PMHNP to Join Integrated Behavioral Health Team in Maine

Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our community-focused Integrated Behavioral Health team and practice on-site at the beautiful Colby College campus in Waterville, Maine.

Position Highlights:

  • Serve a young adult/college student population in a supportive academic environment
  • 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday, 9a-5p) with every Friday off
  • Option for summers off, aligning with the academic school year
  • High level of clinical autonomy as the sole psychiatric practitioner in the program
  • Strong collaboration with Colby College’s counseling staff in a team-oriented setting

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of PMHNP experience (2 years preferred)
  • Genuine interest in working with college students
  • Comfort practicing independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
