MFM Advanced Practice Provider | Banner University Medicine | Tucson, AZ

The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Banner University Medical Center is actively recruiting for a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Nurse Practitioner to join our highly trained team. Based out of the BUMC-T North Campus, this provider will work closely with our team of providers, giving an excellent opportunity to stay on top of cutting-edge procedures, technology, and medication developments. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, dedicated to providing excellent care, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

The hired NP will play a key role in expanding access to consultations and follow-ups while strengthening care coordination. This position supports a growing Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice with Banner University Medical Group - Tucson and offers the opportunity to integrate with a collaborative team that cares for a diverse high-risk obstetric population. This will include common conditions such as; maternal medical conditions, diabetes, hypertensive disorders, fetal growth concerns, abnormal antenatal testing, and complex pregnancies requiring ongoing surveillance and multidisciplinary care.

Position Details:

• Full Time M-F, with flexibility
• 36 hours patient facing time per week; possible telemedicine
• Resident & Fellows (2) - 2 Full time MFM Physicians

Required Qualifications:

• NP degree
• Independent Experience as NP preferred
• Candidates with L&D, NICU, or applicable RN background preferred
• Current Board Certification
• Current Arizona License
• Current CPR, BLS, and BCLS
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
• Independent, but collaborative: willing to teach and act as a mentor
