What You'll Do:

• Manage a robust patient panel, with a focus on both pediatric and adult care, ensuring timely and thorough chart documentation within 72 hours.
• Provide high-quality clinical care in a Monday through Friday schedule, with a minimum of 18 patients per day (PPD).
• Engage in a mix of pediatric and adult care, including chronic pain management, requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to your success, utilizing best practices in chronic disease and pain management.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar patient panel management setting, including chronic pain management.
• Proficiency in pediatric and adult primary care.
• Strong clinical documentation skills with adherence to chart closure within 72 hours.
• Active DEA license prior to start date.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient demographic efficiently.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Additional certifications in pain management or specialized family practice areas.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Family Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience in family practice or primary care, including chronic pain management.

Other Requirements:

• Successful completion of required immunizations prior to credentialing—including Flu vaccine, TB screening/X-Ray (within the past 90 days), MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, and Tdap.
• Credentialing process requires 45-60 days; active license and certifications needed before start.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet all credentialing requirements.
