Access TeleCare, a leading provider of behavioral health solutions, is actively recruiting experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for multiple fully remote positions in partnership with several Florida hospital systems. While all roles are 100% remote, candidates must hold an active Florida license.

Requirements:

• Board Certified PMHNP (Across the Lifespan)
• Minimum of 2 + years of inpatient PMHNP experience
• Active Florida license required
• Ability to initiate and lift Baker Act status

Available Positions:

Tele PMHNP Weekend and Weekday Options:

• Schedule Options:
  • Tele Weekend Positions:
    • Two weekends per month (Saturday & Sunday) 
    • Rotating Shifts: 8am-4pm, 4pm-12pm, 12pm-8am
    • Average patient load: 4 consult-liaison patients per day

• Tele Weekday Positions:
• Rotating Shifts: 8am-4pm, 4pm-12pm, 12pm-8am
• Experience Required:
• Consultation & Liaison (C&L) psychiatry
• Acute care settings (ED, inpatient, crisis, PHP/IOP preferred; ED experience strongly preferred)
• Preferred:
• Spanish fluency

Tele PMHNP Position 2:

• Schedule:
• Part-time overnight call (2–3 weekdays per week)
• 1–2 weekends per month (includes rounding + inpatient call coverage)
• Setting:
• Adult and pediatric units
• Florida residency preferred

Tele PMHNP Back up Position 3:

• Schedule:
• Backup coverage every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Includes rounding + 24-hour call

Tele PMHNP Back up Position 4:

• Schedule:
• Back up night call coverage (5:00pm – 8:00am)
• 7 days per week
• Facility census: 32 ADC
