What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
- Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
- Support and participate in daily coverage of a 20-bed newborn nursery
- Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Contribute to patient-centered care from admission to discharge
- Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital environment
- Support the hospital’s commitment to high-quality neonatal care within a community health system
What You Need
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal certification (preferred)
- Experience in neonatal or neonatal ICU setting (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
