Join Our Team as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Family Practice

Are you a dedicated healthcare professional passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive care to diverse patient populations? We are seeking a talented Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a vital part of our dynamic primary care team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health while working in a supportive and innovative environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality primary care to both pediatric and adult patients with a balanced mix of cases, including chronic pain management.
  • Manage a panel of patients efficiently, maintaining patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
  • Complete chart closures within 72 hours and maintain an average of 18 patient encounters per day, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to your success, ensuring a rewarding professional experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar clinical setting, with panel management expertise.
  • Active DEA license prior to start date.
  • Proficiency in managing a diverse patient panel, including peds and adults.
  • Strong charting skills with a focus on timely documentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling a busy schedule while delivering excellent patient care.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with chronic pain management protocols.
  • Additional immunization and certification expertise.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant certification from an accredited program.
  • Prior experience in primary care settings, including pediatrics and adult medicine.

Other Requirements:
  • Immunizations: Flu vaccine, TB test/X-ray (within 90 days), MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, Tdap current within the last 10 years.
  • Credentialing process estimated to take 45-60 days.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain active licensure and certification as required.
  • Willingness to support ongoing education and adhere to facility policies.
