Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Gastroenterology

At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services.  SSM Health Digestive Health Digestive Health | Monroe, WI | SSM Health in Monroe, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) Gastroenterology Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our team!

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA or NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure in Wisconsin
