We’re adding a Critical Care Nocturnist APP (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to our team at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin in Austin, Texas.

What your practice will look like:

You’ll work collaboratively alongside experienced Critical Care Physicians and APPs in a high-acuity ICU environment focused on evidence-based patient care and team-based clinical decision-making. APPs are fully integrated into the care model and supported through structured physician collaboration, operational resources, and strong local and national APP leadership.

Requirements:

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification
• Critical Care experience preferred

• State-of-the-art facility
• Located in a quickly growing suburban area
• 126 beds
• Digital X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound and radiology, as well as wireless instant nurse-to-nurse communication
• Certified Primary Stroke Center with cath lab, allowing for interventional cardiology/PCI for STEMIs
• Heart and Vascular Institute 

• ED Volume: 26,000
• 16 ED beds, with additional vertical care area and internal waiting room
