Job Description
- Specialty:
- Thoracic Trauma Surgery NP or PA
- Coverage Needs:
- July - Ongoing
- Shifts:
- 3-4 days per week
- 10 hour shifts
- Call:
- No
- Census:
- 7-10
- Support Staff:
- Full surgery team
- Procedures:
- 1st assist in the OR
- Must have Thoracic (non-cardiac) and Robotic experience
- Rounding, admissions, discharge
- Majority of cases are minimally invasive, with some foregut surgery in addition to lung surgery
- EMR:
- Epic
- Voice Recognition
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- 30-60
- Requirements:
- Active CT State License
