What You’ll Do
- Work collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments and develop treatment plans under physician supervision
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic and imaging studies
- Assist during orthopedic surgical procedures and help provide peri-operative patient management
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative follow-up care, including rehabilitation guidance
- Educate patients and families on orthopedic conditions, treatment plans, recovery expectations, and rehab
- Support accurate, timely medical record documentation and participate in rotational call coverage as assigned
What You Need
Required
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) licensure/certification (details provided during application process)
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation teams, and other care partners
Preferred
- Experience working in orthopedic and/or surgical settings
- Familiarity with orthopedic procedures and office-based interventions (e.g., joint injections)
