The Opportunity

Looking for flexibility without sacrificing a great practice environment? This PRN CAA role allows you to pick up shifts on your terms while working alongside a collaborative, experienced anesthesia team in a high-efficiency ASC setting.

What You’ll Do

Provide anesthesia care across a focused outpatient case mix in a streamlined environment designed for quality, efficiency, and strong team support.

Case Mix

• General
• Orthopedics
• Plastics
• ENT
• EP/Cath Lab

Compensation & Incentives

• Base PRN Rate: $175/hour
• Enhanced PRN Rate Opportunity: Earn $200/hour

PRN providers who are:

• Scheduled in advance
• Work a minimum of five (5) shifts per calendar month
• Each shift is at least 8 hours

…will qualify for an increased hourly rate of $200/hour.

Important details:

• The enhanced rate is applied retroactively once all five qualifying shifts are completed within the month
• Eligibility requires advance scheduling and completion of all shifts
• This incentive program is reviewed annually to ensure continued market competitiveness
