What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Conduct procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical and PICC line insertion, arterial sticks, and assisting with IV insertions
• Support neonatal resuscitation and stabilization efforts based on unit protocols
• Transport neonates as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Cover scheduled shifts, as needed, including specific dates throughout the year

What You Need

• 
  Required:
  
  • Valid PA RN license or Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in PA
  • Neonatal or Level III NICU experience
  • Ability to perform key neonatal procedures described above
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts on specific dates
• 
  Preferred:
  
  • Experience with neonatal transport
  • Additional certifications relevant to neonatal care
