Orthopedic Spine Advanced Practice Provider

HonorHealth in collaboration with Next Era Spine Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (with first assist) to join our growing practice.
Highlights of the position include:
- Primarily clinic based, M-F days
- Multi-Disciplinary Team approach
- EPIC Electronic Health Record
- PSLF eligible
- Competitive Salary

- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of APP experience in orthopedic spine strongly preferred
- First Assist required
