Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care – San Diego, CA

Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality primary care for the underserved communities of San Diego County.

Position Highlights

• Mission-driven primary care role serving a diverse, underserved patient population across San Diego County
• Predictable, family-friendly schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (closed for lunch 12pm–1pm)
• Very minimal call schedule, only once or twice a week a year
• Outpatient setting with strong support, focused on quality outcomes and cost-effective, compassionate care

Position Benefits

• $165,000 – $195,000 full-time annual salary

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience providing primary care in an outpatient setting
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
• Active DEA license
• Experience with underserved, low-income, or homeless community members (preferred)
• Second-language fluency (desired, not required)
• Must keep all required medical credentials active and in good standing
