Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System (WCHS) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Audiologist to join our growing outpatient team in Winnebago, Nebraska. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a mission-driven Tribal healthcare organization while making a meaningful impact on the health of Native American communities.

Located within a full-service healthcare system, WCHS offers providers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying a flexible part-time schedule and access to valuable federal loan repayment programs.

Position Highlights

• Part-time employed position
• Outpatient practice setting
• 1-year contract with automatic renewal
• Competitive compensation: $44-$50 per hour
• New position with opportunity to help shape audiology services
• In-office procedures required
• Access to a full-service hospital with laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and specialty services

Practice Environment

• Join an established healthcare system serving the Winnebago community
• Collaborative access to Dermatology, Urology, Nephrology, Family Medicine, and Podiatry specialists
• Clinic located within a healthcare campus offering comprehensive patient support services
• Nursing line handles patient calls; no traditional weekend clinic responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly compensation of $44-$50/hour
• Negotiable sign-on bonus
• License reimbursement included
• Federal Tort malpractice coverage provided
• Eligible for student loan repayment programs through:
  • Indian Health Service (IHS)
  • Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Eligible for licensure in Nebraska
• Board Certification preferred
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Interest in serving a diverse and underserved population
